Google Ads and Meta Ads for Aesthetics Clinics and Salons
We run Google Ads and Meta ads for aesthetics clinics, skin clinics and salons that want more booked consultations, built around the advertising rules for treatments and measured on cost per attended appointment.
Campaigns built at treatment level, so injectables, skin and laser each get the right search intent and creative
Compliant by design: consultations advertised, never prescription-only products
Measured on booked and attended consultations, not clicks
Want to know what a booked consultation should cost your clinic:
An aesthetics marketing agency that fills the diary without breaking the rules
Aesthetics marketing has two problems most agencies gloss over. The first is intent: someone searching “lip filler near me” and someone searching “laser hair removal cost” are at different stages, with different values to the clinic, and one campaign cannot serve both. The second is compliance: prescription-only treatments cannot be advertised to the public, Meta’s health and beauty policies reject a large share of clinic creative, and a rejected account is a diary with nothing in it.
Edge Digital is a Google Partner and Meta Business Partner agency in Hitchin, Hertfordshire. We build clinic campaigns treatment by treatment: search campaigns around the terms people actually use, landing pages that promote the consultation and the practitioner rather than the product, and Meta creative written to pass review first time. Every enquiry is tracked through to a booked and attended consultation, because a cheap lead that never turns up is the most expensive kind.
Amoré Salon in Hitchin is the example we point to. From £2,600 of Google Ads spend over three months the salon booked more than £38,000 of appointments, a return on ad spend of 1,481%, with a booking never more than one click away on the site we built for them. Our guide to Google Ads for aesthetics clinics goes deeper on the campaign structure.

Treatment-level campaigns
Injectables, skin, laser and body: each with its own intent
One clinic, several campaigns, one diary.
Search intent differs by treatment and so does what a lead is worth, so we build and bid on each treatment separately. Published UK benchmarks for 2026 put Google Search cost per lead at £22 to £55 for injectables, £18 to £42 for skin treatments, £12 to £35 for laser hair removal and £35 to £95 for body contouring, with Meta typically a third cheaper per lead but further from a booking (Toopixels, 2026). Across UK cosmetic campaigns the average cost per acquisition sits around £46, and poorly structured accounts pay roughly double per enquiry (Upmedico citing Medico Digital, 2026). The structure is what moves a clinic from the expensive end of those ranges to the cheap end.
Compliance and creative
Ads that pass review and landing pages that book
Consultations, practitioners and results you are allowed to show.
Prescription-only treatments cannot be named in ads to the public, so our campaigns and landing pages promote the consultation, the practitioner’s qualifications and the clinic experience. On Meta we write creative to the health and beauty policies before it is submitted, use real imagery and testimonials that meet the rules, and run prospecting and retargeting from the same conversions so the whole funnel is measured. Landing pages are built with the booking form or diary link above the fold and a phone number for the people who would rather call.

Frequently Asked Questions
Still got questions about Google Ads and Meta Ads for Aesthetics Clinics? We're here to help. You should find the answers you seek below. If not, pick up the phone and we'll be happy to answer any you may have!
Published 2026 UK benchmarks put Google Search cost per lead between roughly £12 and £95 depending on treatment, with injectables at £22 to £55 (Toopixels, 2026), and the average cost per acquisition for cosmetic campaigns at around £46 (Upmedico, 2026). Cost per attended consultation is higher because not every lead turns up, which is why we track attendance and work on your follow-up process as well as the ads.
Google Ads first for most clinics, because the searches already exist and convert closer to a booking. Meta is added for treatments with a longer decision, for retargeting and for launches. Published guidance suggests 50 to 60% of budget on Google and 30 to 40% on Meta for an established clinic (Toopixels, 2026); we set the split from your own booking data once it exists.
Not the products. Botulinum toxin treatments are prescription-only medicines and cannot be advertised to the public under CAP Code rule 12.12. Campaigns and landing pages promote the consultation and the practitioner, and we keep the wording within the rules on both Google and Meta.
Published guidance suggests £1,500 to £3,000 a month for a single-site clinic, £3,000 to £7,500 for an established clinic and £7,500 and up for multi-site groups (Toopixels, 2026). Our management fee is separate, quoted as a flat monthly figure from £750 a month.
No. Rolling monthly with 30 days’ notice. The ad accounts, the landing pages and the data are set up in your name and stay yours.
